急诊医护人员健康与职业倦怠影响因素及干预对策研究

摘要:

目的:分析影响急诊医护人员健康与职业倦怠的相关因素,为制定干预对策提供依据。方法:2020年6月,采用普查方式调查南京医科大学附属江宁医院急诊医护人员。采用MBI-GS量表评价职业倦怠,GHQ-12量表评价健康状态,多因素Logistic回归筛选影响健康和职业倦怠的相关因素。结果:急诊医护人员平均年龄(32.90±8.27)岁,其中30.11%的调查对象处于不良健康状态,被判定为职业倦怠的占53.98%。多因素分析表明:对薪酬体系的满意度(OR=0.61,95%CI为0.43~0.85)是影响急诊医护人员职业倦怠的主要因素;对薪酬体系的满意度(OR=0.54,95%CI为0.36~0.80)和连续工作时间(OR=1.01,95%CI为1.00~1.03)则是影响调查对象健康状况的主要因素。结论:完善薪酬体系建设能够显著提高急诊医护人员健康水平,缓解职业倦怠,科学调整工作强度对维护急诊医护人员的健康具有积极意义。

Objective:To study on the influencing factors of health and job burnout among medical staff in emergency department and to provide basis for working out intervention strategies. Methods:General survey was conducted in the emergency medical staff working in the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in June 2020. Maslach Burnout Inventory General Scale(MBI-GS) was used for evaluating job burnout and 12-Item General Health Questionnaire was used for estimating health status of our research subjects. Multiple logistic regression was used for determining associated factors of health and job burnout. Results:The average age of emergency medical staff was 32.90±8.27 years. Of the subjects investigated, 30.11% were in poor health status and 53.98% were identified as job burnout. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the satisfaction of salary system was significantly associated with health and job burnout. Long working hours were the main factors that influenced the health of emergency medical staff. Conclusion:Improving the salary system can promote health and reduce the occurrence of job burnout of emergency medical staff. Adjusting work intensity is of positive significance in maintaining their health.
