遵义市护士人际冲突处理方式的现况调查及影响因素分析

摘要:

目的:了解遵义市护士人际冲突方式现况及其影响因素,为临床护士和护理管理者进行人际冲突管理提供科学依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,运用自行设计的护士一般资料问卷、护士职业认同量表及冲突处理形态量表对2 584名护士进行电子问卷调查。结果:与护士发生冲突最多的对象是患者或家属(68.22%),4种冲突处理方式中整合方式得分最高(4.00±0.68)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,整合及逃避方式的影响因素依次均为职业认同水平、护龄;让步方式的影响因素依次为职业认同水平、医院等级、婚姻状况;支配方式的影响因素依次为职业认同水平、婚姻状况、有无夜班、医院等级。结论:护患冲突是护士工作中面临的主要冲突,最常使用的冲突处理方式是整合。护理管理者应针对冲突的影响因素采取有效措施,提高护士人际冲突处理能力,改善护患关系。

Objective: To understand the current situation of interpersonal conflict among nurses in Zunyi City and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for clinical nurses and nursing managers in the management of interpersonal conflict. Methods: The convenience sampling method,the self-designed nurse general information questionnaire, nurse occupational identity scale and conflict management form scale were used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey on 2 584 nurses.Results: The subjects who were in conflict with nurses frequently were patients or family members (68.22%). Among the four conflict management methods, the score (4.00±0.68) of the integration method was the highest. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of the integration and escape were in the order of occupational identification level and nurse age. The influencing factors of the concession method were in the order of occupational identification level, hospital grade, and marital status. The influencing factors of the domination method were in the order of occupational identification level, marital status, night shift work status and hospital level.Conclusion: The conflict between nurses and patients is the main conflict in nurses' work. The integration is the most commonly used conflict management method. Nursing managers should take effective measures against the influencing factors of conflict and to improve the ability of nurses to handle interpersonal conflicts and the relationship between nurses and patients.
