Objective: To observe the treatment of rabeprazole combined with deanxit in refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease to explore the mental state in the role of improving the treatment of GERD.Methods: From January 2015 to October 2017 in Navy General Hospital, 112 outpatient and inpatient with refractory GERD were randomly divided into observation group (58 cases) and control group (54 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with single drug Rabeprazole for 8 weeks and patients in observation group were treated with Rabeprazole for 8 weeks combined with Deanxit for the later 4 weeks. SDS, SAS, GERDQ esophageal impedance and 24 h pH monitoring were detected before and after treatment, curative effect after treatment was analyzed. Results: SAS, SDS and GERDQ scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than that of patients in the control group after therapy with a statistical difference (P<0.05). 24 h esophageal impedance and pH monitoring results showed that DeMeester score, reflux ≥ 5 min, the longest reflux time and reflux times of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group after therapy with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group 89.7% was significantly higher than that of the control group 63% (P<0.05), and the effective rate of observation group NERD was the highest in the four subgroups-94.9%.Conclusion: The improved mental state of GERD can increase the curative effect of GERD, especially for the NERD patients. Rabeprazole combined with Deanxit in the treatment of refractory GERD is very effective. |
