Objective:To investigate the control rate of hypertension in community of Zhenjiang area, Jiangsu Province and to put forward individual interventional measures and eventually estimate the results of intervention. Methods:By proportional random sampling methods, 1 040 patients with hypertension in different communities were enrolled in our study. Questionnaires were issued to all patients and survey results were analyzed. In view of the factors influencing the blood pressure, interventional measures were put forward, the intervention effect was analyzed after 2 years of follow-up. Results:Hypertension control rate in Zhenjiang area was 64.6%. Sex, marriage status, management years of hypertension, frequency of blood pressure measurement, knowledge level of hypertension and treatment compliance were closely related to control rate of high blood pressure(P<0.01). According to these factors, interventional measures were made to improve the frequency of patients blood pressure measurement, knowledge level and treatment compliance, eventually hypertension control rate was improved significantly(83.1%, P<0.01). Conclusion:Being male, marital instability, short period of hypertension management, less measurement of blood pressure, lack of knowledge of hypertension and poor treatment compliance are the factors of low blood pressure control rate. The intervention measures for the influencing factors of hypertension can effectively improve the control rate of hypertension. |
