摘要：

目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合拜阿司匹林治疗颈动脉斑块的效果。方法：将合并有颈动脉斑块的脑血管疾病患者178例分为观察组与对照组各89例，在常规治疗基础上，对照组予拜阿司匹林辅助治疗，观察组予瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合拜阿司匹林辅助治疗，记录两组治疗效果、治疗前后血脂水平及颈动脉斑块变化情况。结果：所有患者都顺利完成治疗，观察组总有效率为94.4%，显著高于对照组的77.5%（P<0.05）。两组治疗后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于治疗前，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于治疗前（P<0.05）；治疗后两组间上述血脂指标差异也有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组的斑块面积低于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05），两组造影剂到达时间差（DAT）显著高于治疗前，增强强度（EI）显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组的DAT、ET较对照组差异也有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组治疗前后斑块达到时间（AT）差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合拜阿司匹林治疗颈动脉斑块能改善患者的超声造影增强指数，缩小斑块面积，有利于调节血脂水平，从而提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of carotid plaque. Methods:One hundred and seventy-eight carotid plaque patients with cerebral vascular disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 89 patients in each group. The control group was given aspirin adjuvant treatment, while the observation group received rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin treatment. Results:All patients completed the treatment successfully. After treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.4% and 77.5%, respectively, and the therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterolin the observation group and the control group were all lower than those before treatment, and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterolwere higher than those before treatment. There was a statistically significant difference in the lipid indexes between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the plaque area in the observation group was smaller than that before treatment, and it was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). The difference of arrival time(DAT) in the observation group and the control group after treatment was more significant than that before treatment, and the enhanced intensity(EI) was decreased(P<0.05) with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of carotid plaque patients can improve the index of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and reduce plaque area, which is conducive to the regulation of serum lipid levels and treatment effect.
