Objective: To analyze the physical examination results of the employees in the Railway Power Supply Unit and find out the key populations of chronic diseases for health management. Methods: 1 930 workers from a Power Supply Unit in Shandong Province were selected for physical examination in 2016, then the physical examination results were analyzed by using statistical methods. Results: The detection rates of abnormal physical indicators of males in 30-year-old and 40-year-old age groups were higher than those of females. The detection rates of abnormal indicators of busy lines and power line workers were higher than those of other lines and types of work, respectively. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Based on the results of physical examination, the targeted-health guidance and intervention measures should be taken for the employees with different health status, the groups of 30-year-old and 40-year-old, busy lines and power line workers should be focused especially.
