Objective To investigate the Influence of hemodynamic on patients with pulmonary function abnormalities under the anesthesia of sevoflurane fentanyl cisatracurium. Methods Thirty patients were divided into three groups according to pulmonary function test results(A-B-C ,normal-middle-abnormal). The inhalation concentration we chose 8%-6%-4%. Mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) were recorded. Results Compared with the MAP before induction, all of the 3groups had a higher incidence of hypotension than before intubation.1minute after intubation MAP and HR had a statistically difference between A and C(P<0.05), group A was higher than group C.2 minute and 3minute after intubation ,MAP had a statistically difference between A and B、C(P<0.05), group B and C had a higher decrease than group A. Conclusion Patients with pulmonary function abnormalities had a lower hemodynamic stability than normal lung function under the anesthesia of sevoflurane fentanyl cisatracurium, the MAP decreased significantly. |
